Cooking Method

Unagi is cooked with savoury sauce and a freeze vacuum pack before reaching the consumer. It is easy to prepare. You may top it with rice to make it an Udon. The Unagi only need to:

1. Defrost using the low-temperature thawing method.

2. Heat it using microwave, oven or steam for around 3 minutes.
