Smoked Side Pork Bacon (500g+/-) is a more common form of bacon. It has long alternating layers of fat and muscle running parallel to the rind. This bacon type is salt-cured side pork bacon with thicker cuts, which had more generous smells and tastes, such as sweet and nutty, grassy and buttery combined. Non-Halal.

1. Defrost and remove from packaging.
2. Heat the pan with medium-high heat and put in bacon to heat for around 2 minutes on each side until it cooks.
3. Serve it on its own or with preferred topping.
