Smoked Back Bacon (250g+/-) is round shape bacon that is from pork belly cuts that had a small layer of lard and big round soft and smoked meat. It had used brown sugar, sodium erythorbate, few types of spices and other special ingredients to flavour the bacon to provide a rich smoked taste. It’s best to serve with Bread, Sandwich and even English Breakfast meals. Non-Halal.

1. Defrost and remove from packaging.
2. Heat the pan with medium-high heat and put in bacon to heat for around 2 minutes on each side until it cooks.
3. Serve it on its own or with preferred topping.
