DESCRIPTION

Imitation Shark Fin Gelatin (600g+/-) is commonly served in Chinese cuisine as a luxury dishes. It is best to serve at family-dinner.

Cooking Method

One of the suggestion is to add crab meat, mushroom, here are the guides:

1. Defrost the gelatin and soak it in water for 3 hours. Rinse and put aside.

2. Cut mushroom stir fry a little and add into hot water to boil.

3. Add in shark fin gelatin and crab meat and cook for around 10 minutes.

4. Serve it with some black vinegar.
