Cooking Method

Tiger prawns look good and taste good! It is full of nutritional value and can be prepared easily. Here is one of the ways to prepare tiger prawn:

1. Defrost with a low-temperature thawing method.

2. Boil water.

3. Put tiger prawn into boiled water and boil for around 1 minute. The prawn should be in U shape and orange colour. Make sure not to overcook the prawn.

4. Rinse it and serve it with your preferred sauce.
