We try our best to satisfy every customer buying on our online store. However, to maintain our product's qualities, we will NOT accept any return NOR refund due to a change of mind of any food or the perishable item once the item is delivered to the customer's doorstep. To avoid dissatisfaction or inconveniences, we had a professional team check the product's freshness, packaging condition, and correct item before delivery. All our product is properly stored in cold storage, and all delivery will be done door-to-door to our customer designated destination. Therefore, we do not accept return after the goods is received by our customer.
In those rare situations, If customers receive a wrong or defective food derive from our company, kindly contact us within 3 days from your purchase. We will assess your case and provide you with a refund on a valid request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us by email. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a valid request from our team will not be accepted.

Defective and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
After received and inspected your return, we will notify you and deliver your preferred order within 3 days once the return is accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive your full purchasing amount as a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
